I haven't been to Coco Key for 5 years and wow has it gone downhill. The lily pads are no longer there yet the net rope that you swing across is. The net rope has duct tape everwhere on it and the side pads on the wall were tore up. I asked where the lily pads were and they said they broke a while back ago and have never replaced them. The water temperature in the basketball area was freezing. The hot tub was broke. The slides were probably the best thing there. Luckily I got a deal on tickets. This place would be great if they just kept up in the maintenance.

I bought this package a year ago so I could take my granddaughter when she was in town, but when I tried to use it I was told you were not open to the public. So my husband and I decided to use it before it expired and it was the worst experience I've ever had. None of the lockers were working, so we had no secure place to store our belongings. When we were checking in some guy came up to the desk and said he lost his wallet and the girls pulled it out of the drawer and gave it to him without asking him for a name or looking at his id to see if it really belonged to him. The pools were cold and the hot tub was luke warm. We heard from someone staying at the hotel that the heating element was not working in any of the pools. We were not informed of this prior to redeeming our voucher. In the lazy river there were only 5 blue tubes to float around the river and since the water slides were closed. I grabbed one of the yellow tubes to use in the lazy river and was told by the staff that I could not use that tube and they took it from me. Honestly I am glad we were not able to take the granddaughter as she would have been very disappointed.
